It’s Monday morning. Your alarm goes off. It feels like an electric shock just went through you. The first thought in your mind “Man, I wish I had more time to sleep.”

You get out of bed half awake to start your day and suddenly get reminded “I don’t have enough time.”

Rushing out the door on the way to work, you realize that even your best attempts to make your morning routine less crazy goes by the way side when you are racing against time.

Once in the office, settled with coffee in hand, another wave of insecurity strikes when you review the laundry list of things to do this week. You think “I’m always behind and can never catch up.”

Now, you are starting to feel overwhelmed and stressed.

The sad part is that it has only been 2.5 hours since you were rudely awakened and your day hasn’t even started. Does this sound familiar?
